Under POPIA (South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act), we process your information for clear, limited reasons:

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We only share it where it's needed to run the service — for example, trusted tools we use to host the site, run the assistant or store leads — and only the minimum needed. We never hand your details to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to help you, and client information for as long as we work together (plus any period the law requires). When it's no longer needed, we delete it.

Keeping it safe

We use reputable, secured tools and limit who can see your information to what's necessary to do the work. WhatsApp messages are protected by WhatsApp's own end-to-end encryption.
